Album: Franklin Carr Memorial Iris Garden
This international prize winning iris hybridizer was given recognition in Bordentown, New Jersey, with a garden of many of his iris creations available for the public to view. My visit was 5.27.07 a little past the peak bloom this year.

Album: Gray's Iris Garden 2007
Stan Gray allows visitors to view his private display garden during bloom season. It is an awesome quality garden to see the progression of hybridizing through Dykes Medal winners and current award winners. Details about this garden are on the website graysirisgarden@comcast.net. If you can't visit, I do hope you enjoy my camera's view. NOTE: In 2008 the garden was closed and moved to Savannah, Georgia.

Album: A Visit to Presby Memorial Iris Gardens
Presby Memorial Iris Gardens in Montclair, NJ are a must see for any iris lover in the area. It's described as "A living museum dedicated to cultivating and displaying a rich variety of irises...". My goal for this 6.3.07 visit was to photograph historic blooming iris even though it was a misty day. Hope you enjoy, too.
